Training
Remote control service is available if customers are unsure how to operate or use the machine.
We provide customers with training videos and machine operation videos.
We provide customers with English-language operation manuals.
Shuchen Packaging offers all customers a customized online equipment training system. Training courses typically last 3–5 days, with the exact duration depending on the machine model.
Warranty
Machines sold by Shuchen Packaging come with a one-year warranty. During the warranty period, any component damage caused by the supplier's quality issues is not covered by the warranty, and spare parts will be provided free of charge to customers. However, if the packaging weight exceeds 500 grams, customers will need to pay for shipping costs.

Installation
Customers must fully cooperate with the supplier's engineers and prepare all necessary installation arrangements.
The customer is responsible for covering the engineer's round-trip international airfare, accommodation, meals, local transportation, and medical expenses.
After the machine is delivered, we will dispatch an engineer to the buyer's site for equipment installation and commissioning (if required).

Our technical support ensures the normal operation of the equipment and safeguards your daily production.
